As well as contracting we are always keen to acquire new development sites. As a private company we have the flexibility to purchase unconditionally, conditionally or in a joint venture, and we can act very quickly if required. On a number of projects we have partnered with landowners in a way that provides them a greater upside by participating in the project whilst minimising their risk. We have a proven track record in identifying the most appropriate use for a site, designing each scheme from scratch with no standard house types or solutions.
